Matt McCord is a Co-Founder and Partner at Tenure Land Group with more than 20 years of specialized land brokerage experience across Georgia and the Southeast. Spanning his career, Matt has procured major residential, industrial, mixed-use and commercial land opportunities throughout the region. Known for his strategic approach, Matt has helped facilitate transactions supporting more than 20 million square feet of Industrial Space, 8,000 Residential Lots and 100+ Commercial Users deals. He is particularly skilled at identifying strategic land opportunities to align with long-term development demand. He works closely with landowners, developers and institutions to maximize land value and guide projects from strategy through execution.
Beyond the Office
Matt is a graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. He and his wife, Katie, have two daughters and are members of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Outside of brokerage, he enjoys all things outdoors and being a lifelong learner.
