Stephen Lovett

Stephen Lovett is a Co-Founder and Broker at Tenure Land Group, bringing nearly 20 years of specialized land brokerage experience across Greater Metro Atlanta, North Georgia and the I-85 corridor. A UGA Terry College of Business graduate, Stephen has closed hundreds of transactions totaling over $600 million in land sales. He has been recognized as a Top 10 Land Producer by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors 17 times and named the #1 Land Producer in the State in 2021, 2022 and 2024. Stephen has built his career on a simple principle: his clients’ interests come first, always—before his own. It’s a commitment reflected in his deep market knowledge, long-standing client relationships and two decades of results across the region.

Stephen is a proud Georgia native with deep roots in the North Georgia community. He and his wife are raising three children, and investing in their growth and development is his greatest priority outside of work. Stephen serves as a Ruling Elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Gainesville and is a board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in North Georgia—commitments that reflect the faith and values that have guided him throughout his life and career.
