Zach Tibbs

Zach Tibbs is a Co-Founder and Partner at Tenure Land Group with nine years of specialized land brokerage experience across Greater Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Since beginning his real estate career in 2017, Zach has worked alongside Stephen Lovett and Matt McCord, developing a strong understanding of transitional land, residential development lots, industrial sites and mixed-use opportunities throughout the Southeast. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a double major in Finance and Management, Zach has closed more than 300 transactions totaling over $75 million in land sales. In 2025, he broke into the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Top 10 Land Producers and is an ACBR Life Member. Zach brings a next-generation perspective to land brokerage while remaining grounded in the fundamentals of trust, preparation and client-first service.
Beyond the Office
Zach was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia and now lives in Chamblee with his wife, Stephanie, and their two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, golf and following Atlanta sports. Faith, family and community are central values for Zach and continue to shape the way he approaches his career and life outside of real estate.
